Melissa Baker
President/Founder
Melissa has spent the last 25+ years building and growing her family to "launch" into the world. In that time she has served as a Volunteer Partner to a large variety of Non-Profits around North Texas, and around the world. In that time she has managed several large groups, projects and programs, and brings that skill set with her in the establishment of YMI Service Group. Her goal is to use that passion for people to build an environment at YMI Service Group that engages people and drives partnerships with our employees and Clients.

Mark Baker
CEO/Founder
Mark has spent the last 25+ years in the Recruiting and Staffing industry. In addition to building several national leading practices from scratch, Mark has worked in the trenches and at leadership level building and leverage creative solutions to the benefit of his Clients. With the establishment of YMI Service Group, he has the ability to customize solutions to specifically address Customer needs on a real time basis.
