The YMI Review-

 

While speed to fill a role is important, matching the skill set, as well as the “soft skills” to make a great
long-term placement is equally important. Frankly, there are times that we might miss the mark.
If/when that happens, we want to have the opportunity to make that situation right and replace that
individual with the right candidate.

The YMI Review will take place within the first 3 days of a new assignment to understand how
the Consultant is matching with the organization- both hard and soft skills. If for any reason
during those first 3 days (24 hours of billed time) you are unhappy with the Consultant, YMI Service Group will
replace that individual, free of charge.

This is our chance for Quality Assurance on our end, and a better understanding for future projects as we work together.
